Tanzania Electric Supply Company has been continuously improving its communication channels to make it easy for its customers to report various issues using a new system of "nikonekt" mobile app. "nikonekt" WILL ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO DO POWER SUPPLY CONNECTION APPLICATIONS AND REPORT ON THE FOLLOWING ISSUES FOR START:- Emergency, Request, Complaint, Enquiry, and lastly, understand some commonly asked questions and their answers (FAQs).
